Carlos Jr. leads operations in the field, working directly with our crews to get the job done right. With a background as a superintendent and construction manager, he’s overseen everything from residential remodels to commercial projects, schools, fire stations, and even high-rise buildings over 40 stories tall. His boots-on-the-roof mindset keeps our work grounded in quality and craftsmanship.
